Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling UK Postage Fees for Fun Factor - Trikkes

All prices include Postage and Packaging. You can pay an additional £15.00 for next day delivery. To do this, orders must be received by 11:30am and the adjustment made in the postage payment.

UK Postage Fees for Fitness Factor - POLAR

Postage is included in all prices for Polar Hear Rate monitors. Items are sent by Recorded Delivery and can take up to five working days for delivery. However, we do endeavor to get your goods to you before this. You can pay an additional £2.50 for next day delivery. To do this, orders must be received before 11:30am. The Feel Good Factor cannot accept any responsibility for items taking longer than this as long as they are delivered to the buyer by Special Delivery as requested.






Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already added.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee 3G Bikes Guarantee

All products are sold with a 12 month warranty against manufacturers defects. In addition if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods when you receive them we will offer to refund your purchase in full in exchange for the returned goods (providing goods have not been used, goods returned carriage paid by purchaser - refund policy only applies to sales within the UK).

Only the amount paid can be refunded.

Polar Products Guarantee

All Heart Rate Monitors come with two years manufacturer's warranty. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not cover battery life.
Defective items should be returned to the supplier
The customer should return the warranty card supplied with each Heart Rate Monitor to the manufacturer. We are authorised dealers so your statutory rights are not affected.
Warranty does not cover water damage if buttons are operated underwater.

Trikke Guarantee

The Limited Warranty is the only warranty for the Trikke. There are no other express or implied warranties. The warranty only covers appropriate transportation or recreational use, and any other use or mis-use will void the warranty. Trikke Tech, Inc. defines appropriate use as a single rider propelling the Trikke on flat pavement or light grades. The Trikke is not intended to be used for trick riding in which the aluminum frame comes in contact with metal or concrete surfaces and especially prolonged downhill rides.

Trikke Tech, Inc. warranties the Trikke to be free of defects due to manufacturing or workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use.

Trikke Tech is not liable for incidental or consequential losses or damages due directly or indirectly from the use of the Trikke.

Returns Policy Refund Policy

You may return goods you have purchased from us, if they are unwanted, or unsatisfactory. Goods must be returned unused and boxed. We will refund you the amount paid for the product. You have 7 days from date of dispatch in which to request a refund. We regret we are unable to refund any postage paid.
We will refund the full transaction value only if the unit is faulty upon arrival.

Please note, we cannot accept back any product once it is used, unless it is faulty.
Postal charges back to us at The Feel Good Factor are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent by Recorded Delivery" (this ensures receipt)
